Wide Open Spaces Foundation is a collaboration between the Burke Riding Club and Gregory County 4-H, two organizations with big dreams for the rodeo grounds. Together, they formed WOS to steward this special piece of land, ensuring it remains vibrant and community-centered for generations to come.

We love rodeo
Burke Riding Club developed the grounds to be a family-friendly space for people to gather around the sport of rodeo. With the annual Burke Stampede Rodeo bringing 5,000 people into town every July, as well as great programming all summer long, we're known far and wide for putting on a great show.
4-H is in our DNA
The grounds are the permanent home to our local 4-H programs. Our goal is to build permanent structures that enable us to host shooting sports, ongoing meetings, and other public and private events in the space.
